What is confirmed

The official Steam listing advertises dedicated servers supporting up to 200 players and describes 100-plus-player PvP and PvE options. A separate Lost Isle Dedicated Server tool also appears in Steam metadata as a 64-bit Linux tool.

What the tool metadata shows

SteamDB currently displays app ID 2414480 and the Linux executable LostIsleLinuxServer.x86_64. SteamDB is a third-party view of Steam metadata, not official setup documentation. The executable name in the planning brief was stale and has not been repeated here.

Is community self-hosting available?

The presence of a server tool shows server technology exists, but does not by itself establish a public self-hosting policy or a supported installation workflow. We have not published operational instructions because official ports, command-line arguments, configuration keys, save paths and hardware requirements remain unverified.

Do not copy settings from another game

Lost Isle-specific documentation or direct testing is required before setup guidance is safe. We will not invent port numbers, RAM requirements, admin commands, RCON support, mod support, tick rate or wipe schedules.

Hosting alternative

No managed provider is currently recommended. See the server-hosting availability page for the verification standard.
