Does Lost Isle have server wipes?
Yes. The official Steam description says each server is time-limited and that a completely new world is generated from scratch when reality resets. It also describes each wipe cycle as a fresh experience.
Why procedural generation matters
The official description says biome and landscape generation, points of interest, and equipment statistics and effects use procedural systems. A new cycle is therefore presented as more than a simple map restart, although the final generation rules are not public.
What resets?
The world reset is confirmed. The current Early Access feature list also advertises persistent player leveling and research progress. It does not define whether that persistence applies across every wipe, server transfer or ruleset, nor does it publish a definitive list covering inventories, property deeds, clans, cosmetics and other account data.
How often will servers wipe?
No official cadence is currently published. Any weekly, monthly or seasonal schedule would be speculation. Public, community-hosted, PvP and PvE servers may eventually use different policies, but that is also unconfirmed.
Prepare without guessing
Treat every pre-release test as temporary and wait for a dated server announcement before planning progression. The PvP versus PvE page tracks mode information, while the dedicated-server page records self-hosting status.
